Heights - Hillcrest Regional Chamber of Commerce (HRCC) Young Professionals 

HRCC YP introduces young professionals to the personal and professional rewards of active engagement in a vibrant business support organization. Social networking and professional development events bolster interaction between emerging leaders, and create mentoring opportunities for all generations by facilitating meaningful exchange with seasoned professionals, who are encouraged to attend events with their young associates and mentees.

 

Sample HRCC YP programs include:  Crafting an Effective Elevator Speech, Leveraging Your Appearance for Success, Enhancing Your Effectiveness and Passion at Work, Generational Differences, Work/Life Balance, an Entrepreneurs Panel,  and after-hours mixers at HRCC member restaurants.

 

Young Professional members are active participants in all of HRCC's planning teams, including programming the chamber's full season of business education and networking events, member attraction and retention, governance, strategic planning, economic development, and staging and marketing HRCC's annual Business Expo.

 

HRCC's YP initiative is one of dozens of HRCC programs that nurture the business community, attract and retain talent to the region, and strengthen commerce in HRCC's six member cities: Cleveland Heights, Lyndhurst, Richmond Heights, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, and University Heights.
